Caleb was a faithful man, and he is the son of Jephunneh and the tribe of Judah. Then Moses sent 12 spies of Israel to Canaan by saying them to see the land whether it is good or bad, fertile or unfertile, the people are strong or weak, few or many. And he also says to bring the fruits of that land.

The ten spies evil report made the Israel people have no faith in God, and they grumbled him by saying you have brought us from Egypt to die here. Then God was angry with them. But Moses pleased God to forgive them. Then God said they would surely not see the promised land because they provoked me.
Strengths of Caleb to inherit the promised land in today’s verse of the day:
But God says about Caleb that he had another spirit and follow me whole-heartedly and he will only enter into the promised land and also his descendants will inherit it. He has a positive attitude towards God. His inner character was pleasant to God. he had another spirit means courageous, bold, noble, generous, strong.
In Deuteronomy 1:36 god says Caleb and his descendants will inherit the promised land because he completely followed the Lord.
He is a faithful man who trusted in God to fulfill the promises of God, but the remaining doubted the Lord because of their small faith.
Except for Joshua and Caleb, all the Israel people wandered for forty years, and after that, Caleb was 85 years old, but he is strong enough and able to fight with Anakites and inherit the promised land.
In Joshua 15:14 says that Caleb has confidence that God will fulfill the promises. He built up his confidence through faith in the Lord.

In Deuteronomy 6:5 says we need to love the Lord with all our hearts and with all our souls. We need to give our hearts to the Lord so that he will observe our ways.

Avoid negative thoughts. We need to serve the Lord cheerfully.
